SEA LIFE COEX, Seoul Aquarium is open 10:00–20:00, and last entry is 19:00. Sunday 4 October 2026 and Monday 5 October use that same clock, the hours page says the aquarium is open 365 days a year, and it also says hours can change with site conditions or weather. On the ticket selector an adult (age 13 and up) is shown at 28,000 won with 35,000 struck through, and a child (36 months through age 12) is shown at 25,000 won with 31,000 struck through. The address is 513 Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, inside COEX Mall, and the phone is 02-700-7200.

The standing hours are on the English opening-hours page. The selector prices are on the admission ticket page. The 4,800 won parking line is on directions and parking. The English name on the hours page is SEA LIFE COEX, Seoul Aquarium.

Opening hours, last entry, and the price with a line through it

The standing hours are 10:00–20:00 with last entry at 19:00, and the help center calls last admission 7pm, one hour before close. The hours widget prints 4 October and 5 October only, so later dates stay with that standing sentence rather than a weekday pattern. The English hours page says daily 10am–8pm, last entry 7pm, and its widget matches 4 and 5 October. A ticket works only on the date you select, and re-entry is not allowed.

Ticket Age on the Korean label Shown price Struck price
Adult 13 and older 28,000 won 35,000 won
Child 36 months through age 12 25,000 won 31,000 won

The English general-admission card also shows an adult from 28,000 won against a regular 35,000 won, and a child from 25,000 won against a regular 31,000 won. That adult card says “save up to 22 percent” beside 28,000 and 35,000. The won amounts to read are 28,000 and 35,000. The Korean list puts “up to 20 percent” beside a child price from 25,000 won and a regular 31,000 won. The amounts there are 25,000 and 31,000. From 4 through 31 October, all 28 calendar cells show a minimum of 25,000 won. That minimum matches the child price. It is not a confirmed adult price for each date. The open adult row on the selector is 28,000 won with 35,000 struck through.

The footer names the operator Seoul Ocean Aquarium Co., Ltd., business number 211-86-49403, CEO Lee Seong-ho, fax 02-700-7299, and mail-order report 2014-Seoul Gangnam-00715. Postal code 06164 and the point latitude 37.513131, longitude 127.0582827 are on the ticketing page’s address data.

Visit length is written two ways. The help center says about 1 hour 30 minutes, or about 2 hours if you go slowly, with no cap on viewing time inside the day and a close at 8pm. The ticketing blurb alone says about 1 hour 30 minutes. Every child 12 or under must be with a guardian 18 or older.

36 months on the Korean pages, and age 3 on the English card

Under 36 months is free with a guardian, except for group visitors. You need proof of age, such as a medical insurance card, a family-relation certificate, or a passport. The help center also accepts a resident-registration copy, a passport copy, or a photo of the document. Without the document, the free entry does not apply. Groups of infants under 36 months do not get that free entry. The English general-admission card says a child is 3–12 and that children under 3 are free. The Korean label, the help centers, and the English help center say 36 months. The pages do not say that a third birthday and the 36-month mark are the same day.

Refunds are also written two ways. Ticketing allows a refund of an unused ticket for up to 7 days from purchase, and only if the visit date has not passed. After 7 days, or after the visit date, there is no refund even if the ticket was unused. The help center says an unused ticket is fully refundable inside the validity printed on it, and that an annual pass is not refundable after it has been used once. Delivery differs too. The help center describes an email QR code you do not have to print. Ticketing says the ticket is sent by KakaoTalk.

Pets are not allowed, even in a carrier, and there is no pet storage. A certified guide dog with the assistance-dog mark may enter. Ticketing says wheelchair entry is possible. Wheelchair rental is on the English help center only: up to two guests, first come, first served, and you leave a valid ID. No rental fee is printed. The English help center also says strollers are permitted, storage is self-service, and the aquarium is not responsible for loss or damage. General admission has no height minimum.

The 51,000 won couple ticket and the 74,000 won family ticket are separate rows

An adult shown at 28,000 won plus a child shown at 25,000 won is 53,000 won, the sum of two single tickets. The family ticket, two adults and one child, is 74,000 won with 101,000 struck through, and the list says 27 percent for booking online. 53,000 won is not that family ticket. Two struck adult prices, 35,000×2, add to 70,000 won. That is two single regular prices. The couple row also prints 70,000 as its struck price, but the couple product is its own row at 51,000 won. Two adult prices at the shown 28,000 won add to 56,000 won, and 56,000 is not the couple price of 51,000. An adult at 28,000 won plus 4,800 won of registered parking for four hours is 32,800 won. Parking is not included in the ticket. If the plate is not registered, that sum does not apply.

Other rows on the selector have their own shown and struck prices. Child plus VR is 29,500 won with 39,000 struck through. It includes aquarium entry and one child’s VR voucher by KakaoTalk. VR is for age 12 and under, height at least 90 cm, open 10:30–18:30, with entry by 18:00 recommended, and it takes about 5 minutes. The VR limits are height under 90 cm, pregnancy, older guests, spine or back conditions, the period just after surgery or poor health, alcohol or drugs, visual-impairment grades 1–3, a history of mental illness, and face paint that blocks the headset. The 90 cm figure belongs to this VR product. General admission still has no height minimum. Child plus a jelly-tank workshop is 34,500 won against a regular 50,000 won, on weekdays 11:00–18:00 and on weekends and holidays 11:00–19:00. The adult Doraemon stamp book is on the selector at 29,000 won with 37,000 struck through. The child Doraemon stamp book is 26,000 and 33,000 won. The list card’s “up to 22 percent” sits beside a from-26,000 line, and that percent is not a new price for 26,000. Two adults plus a digital photo are 57,000 won with 100,000 struck through.

Four digits on the plate, and four hours of parking

Enter the last four digits of the license plate on the discount machine inside the aquarium and parking is 4,800 won for up to four hours. If you do not register, it is 6,000 won per hour, then 1,500 won for each extra 15 minutes. The help center says the same 4 hours and 4,800 won at a kiosk after you enter, when you use the COEX Mall garage. The English help center repeats 4,800 won, 6,000 won, and 1,500 won. The nearest garage named in the help center is the COEX Mall north gate, B2 Blue Zone, sections 18–20. If the plate is not recognized, use the call button on the parking pre-pay machine and show the online ticket or the receipt for the same discount.

Two sentences about a 15-passenger vehicle

The directions page says a vehicle of 15 passengers or more cannot enter the mall’s underground garage, and asks you to call 10 minutes before you reach the drop-off. The drop-off is COEX north gate 4, on the side opposite Bongeunsa. Vehicles of 25 passengers and up use a nearby large-bus lot, for example Jamsil Sports Complex. The help center says a 15-passenger bus can park at the mall, that large buses should use a nearby lot, and that there is no parking subsidy for group buses. If a bus does park at the mall, the cap is still 4 hours and 4,800 won. Both sentences about 15-passenger vehicles stay as written.

The Korean directions list line 2 Samseong, line 9 Bongeunsa, and line 7 Cheongdam, with no exit numbers. The English directions say line 9 Bongeunsa exit 7 into ASEM Plaza, and that the mall is a 3-minute walk from exit 7. Those 3 minutes are to the mall. Line 2 Samseong is exits 5 and 6, at Millennium Square. Line 7 Cheongdam is exit 2, then about 20–30 minutes straight, then ASEM Plaza. The help center’s nearest exit is Bongeunsa exit 7: enter the mall with Starbucks on your left, then about 300 meters to the left. The 3 minutes, the 20–30 minutes, and the 300 meters are separate figures. Taxis, on the English directions only, should be asked for Starfield COEX Mall, North Entrance. The directions page does not list a bus route number.

A 30 percent line and a 61 percent line

On the promotions page, the disability rate applies to visits from 1 July 2026. A guest with disability documents, such as a welfare card, and up to three companions receive 30 percent. It is gate only, and it does not stack. The same block prices a general adult ticket at 24,500 won and a child ticket at 21,700 won, stated as 30 percent per person. The help center also says 30 percent for the person and up to three companions, gate only, with no stacking.

The ticket notes are a different sentence. One guardian of a visitor who brings disability registration on the day pays 61 percent off admission at the gate, and the note says the rate may change. The 30 percent line, with up to three companions, and the 61 percent line, for one guardian, stay side by side. There is no third won amount calculated from 61 percent.

Guests 65 and older who show ID or a document pay 24,500 won for a general adult ticket, stated as 30 percent, for themselves only, at the gate, with no stacking. That block does not print a child senior price. National meritorious persons pay 24,500 won adult and 21,700 won child, stated as 30 percent, for themselves and up to three companions, at the gate. Soldiers and civilian military workers pay the same 24,500 and 21,700 won at 30 percent, with leave papers or a civilian-worker ID, for themselves and three companions. A discharged soldier qualifies on the discharge day only. All of these are gate only.

Other gate offers are printed as rates only. Culture Nuri card 40 percent (the person and three companions), KT membership 15 percent, U+ membership 15 percent, SRT within one month 30 percent, Emart Mom Kids Club 30 percent, the teachers’ credit union 30 percent, Seven Luck Casino membership 30 percent, and a same-day Starfield COEX receipt of 10,000 won or more at 20 percent for up to three companions. They do not stack, the offer can end, and they apply to a gate purchase. The won amounts printed for concessions remain 24,500 and 21,700. These percent lines do not add another won figure.

Two Culture Day sentences on the same page

Culture Day appears twice on that promotions page. The upper sentence is every Wednesday after 17:00: show the image and the person pays 20,000 won. The lower sentence is the last Wednesday of the month after 17:00: adult and child 20,000 won, the person only, show the promotion image, gate only, and no stacking. The upper 20,000 won belongs to the every-Wednesday sentence. The lower 20,000 won belongs to the last-Wednesday sentence.

Questions about tickets, parking, and the two discount lines

Hours are 10:00–20:00 with last entry at 19:00. An adult is shown at 28,000 won with 35,000 struck through, and a child at 25,000 won with 31,000 struck through. Parking is four digits, four hours, and 4,800 won. The disability notes keep 30 percent and 61 percent apart.

What are the hours, and what are the two prices?

The aquarium opens at 10:00 and closes at 20:00, and last entry is 19:00. 4 October and 5 October use that clock. The adult shown price is 28,000 won with 35,000 struck through, and the child shown price is 25,000 won with 31,000 struck through. The calendar’s 25,000 won is a minimum, not a confirmed adult price on every date.

How does parking become 4,800 won?

Enter the last four digits of the plate on the machine inside the aquarium and the charge is 4,800 won for up to four hours. Without that registration it is 6,000 won per hour, then 1,500 won per extra 15 minutes. An adult shown at 28,000 won plus registered parking of 4,800 won is 32,800 won, and parking is not part of the ticket.

Is the disability discount 30 percent or 61 percent?

The promotions page and the help center say 30 percent for the person and up to three companions, 24,500 won adult and 21,700 won child, gate only, for visits from 1 July 2026. The ticket notes say one guardian pays 61 percent off at the gate, and that the rate may change. Both sentences are on the official pages.

Is a child under 36 months free?

Yes, with a guardian and a document that shows age. Group infants do not get that free entry, and without the document the free entry does not apply. The English card’s “under 3” and the Korean pages’ “36 months” are the words those pages use.
