A Han River cruise from Yeouido costs one adult ₩18,900 for the daytime Hangang Tour Cruise, ₩23,900 for the late-night Starlight Cruise, and ₩30,900 for the Moonlight Music Cruise with live music, based on online booking prices for October 2026. Children under 36 months ride free, ages 36 months through elementary school pay the child fare, and middle-school students and older pay the adult fare.
The rule that catches most visitors is not the price. Every passenger must fill in a boarding form and show ID, and you need to reach the ticket office at least 15 minutes before departure. Same-day cancellations and changes are not accepted.
How much does each E-Land Cruise course cost?
The operator’s official booking page lists a list price and a discounted price for every course. The adult and child amounts below are what the booking screen charged when an October 2026 date was selected. All courses here leave from the Yeouido dock; Jamsil departures run on weekends only.

*Fireworks Music dates are the ones open on the booking calendar as of 6 October. Hangang Tour departure times are from the calendar for Tuesday 13 October. Sailings vary by date: on Tuesday 10 November only 14:00, 15:00 and 16:00 were open.
October is priced as peak season
E-Land Cruise treats April–May and September–October 2026 as peak season and charges peak fares on the Sunset, Moonlight Music and Fireworks Music cruises, at both Yeouido and Jamsil. The same course gets cheaper once you move into November.
On the booking screen for Tuesday 10 November, the Sunset Cruise was ₩22,900 for adults and ₩15,900 for children, with departure moved earlier to 17:00. Moonlight Music was ₩27,900 and ₩19,900. The Fireworks Music Cruise switches to Saturdays in November (7, 14, 21 and 28) at 20:30, at ₩43,900 for adults and ₩29,900 for children on 14 November. The Hangang Tour (₩18,900) and Starlight (₩23,900) cost the same in October and November.
Senior and disability discounts
Adults aged 65 and over pay ₩17,910 for the Hangang Tour, ₩23,310 for Starlight, and ₩29,610 for Moonlight Music in October. Holders of a Korean welfare card for severe disability (grades 1–3), plus one companion, pay ₩13,930 for the Hangang Tour and ₩18,130 for Starlight. The same rates apply to Korean national merit recipients, soldiers, police and firefighters, who must bring proof.
Buying a cruise ticket on Coupang
If you buy an E-Land Cruise ticket on Coupang, check that the product name states the departure dock (Yeouido or Jamsil), the course, and any date restrictions. The Starlight Cruise, for example, leaves Yeouido daily at 22:00 but Jamsil only on weekends at 21:30. Compare the price on the link page with the official booking price above.
| Ticket | Official price (adult, October) | Coupang link |
|---|---|---|
| Yeouido Starlight / Moonlight Music / Fireworks Music (combined Coupang ticket) | from ₩23,900 | View on Coupang |
| Yeouido Hangang Tour Cruise | ₩18,900 | View on Coupang |
Which cruise is best for Seoul’s night views?
For night scenery on a budget, take the Starlight Cruise at 22:00; if you want live music too, pick the Moonlight Music Cruise at 19:00 or 20:30. The two head in different directions. Starlight runs from Yeouido to Seogang Bridge and back, while Moonlight Music goes from Yeouido to Banpo Bridge and back.
According to E-Land Cruise’s route page, the Hangang Tour, Sunset and Starlight cruises follow Yeouido–Seogang Bridge–Yeouido, and the Moonlight Music and Moonlight Dinner cruises follow Yeouido–Banpo Bridge–Yeouido. From Jamsil, the Hangang Tour, Sunset and Starlight cruises turn at Seongsu Bridge and Moonlight Music turns at Banpo Bridge.

What a group actually pays
A couple on the Starlight Cruise in October pays ₩23,900 × 2 = ₩47,800. The Sunset Cruise is also ₩23,900 per adult that month, so the choice is simply dusk or late night.
Two adults, one elementary-school child and a 30-month-old on the daytime Hangang Tour pay ₩18,900 × 2 + ₩12,900 + ₩0 = ₩50,700. The free under-36-month ticket on the Hangang Tour is marked “resident registration document required”, so bring something that proves the child’s age.
Two adults and one elementary-school child on the Moonlight Music Cruise pay ₩30,900 × 2 + ₩21,900 = ₩83,700 in October. At the 10 November fares it is ₩27,900 × 2 + ₩19,900 = ₩75,700, so skipping peak season saves ₩8,000.

The daytime Hangang Tour Cruise advertises seagull feeding, and the feed is sold separately at the onboard shop. Booking-page notices say all Hangang Tour sailings run downstream (towards Seogang Bridge) from October, and some sailings change route from 2 to 11 October for a special Seoul Light Hangang festival course.
What boarding and cancellation rules should you know?
A booking alone does not get you on board. At the ticket office you fill in a boarding form, show ID, and swap your reservation for a paper boarding pass. Full refunds are only available until 4 pm the day before (4 pm two days before for Sunday and public-holiday sailings).
Before you board
The E-Land Cruise product details cite Article 25(3) and (4) of Korea’s Ferry and Pleasure Boat Business Act in requiring a boarding form and ID check for every passenger. Arrive at the ticket office at least 15 minutes before departure; boarding passes stop being issued 5 minutes before. Without a boarding pass you cannot board.
A mobile ID or a photo of the front of your ID card is accepted. Children and teenagers can be covered by a guardian’s ID, and foreign visitors by one representative’s ID. Because of a vessel change, wheelchairs and strollers cannot be taken on the regular sailings (Hangang Tour, Sunset, Moonlight Music, Starlight, Fireworks Music); you can leave them in the storage area at the dock.
Cancellation and refund cut-offs
Bookings made on the day of travel cannot be cancelled or changed. For Tuesday–Saturday sailings, cancel by 4 pm the day before; for Sunday and public-holiday sailings, by 4 pm two days before, to get 100% back. A Sunday ticket, for example, must be cancelled by 4 pm on Friday.
To change the date or headcount you have to cancel and rebook, and partial cancellations are not possible. Missing the departure counts as a same-day cancellation. If you paid by bank transfer, a ₩500 refund fee is deducted when you cancel.
Does the cruise run in the rain?
Rain or snow alone does not stop sailings outside scheduled closure days. The cruise is suspended when a heavy-rain advisory or cold-wave warning is issued, or when Paldang Dam releases 3,000 tonnes of water per second or more and the Hangang headquarters issues a notice. If a sailing is cancelled for the vessel, the weather, or because fewer than 20 people booked, you are told by text or phone and can take a 100% refund or a new date.
How do you get to the Yeouido and Jamsil docks?
The Yeouido dock is a 10-minute walk from exit 3 of Yeouinaru Station on subway Line 5. Parking at Yeouido Parking Lot 1 is free on the day you buy a cruise ticket, as long as you write your car number on the boarding form. The Jamsil dock offers no free parking.

Yeouido dock (Eland Cruise Yeouido Dock)
The booking page gives the address as 280 Yeouidong-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and the operator’s directions page lists the lot number as 86-1 Yeouido-dong. By bus, get off at the Yeouido Middle School stop and walk 5 minutes; green buses 5618, 5633, 5634 and 7611 and blue bus 261 stop there.
Parking is Yeouido Parking Lot 1 (86-5 Yeouido-dong). It is run by a contractor designated by the Seoul city government, and E-Land Cruise only registers your free parking. The operator recommends public transport at weekends and does not refund passengers who arrive late or miss the boat because of parking queues.
The ticket office is open 10:00–22:00, and phone enquiries are answered 11:00–19:00 on +82-2-6291-6900. After collecting your boarding pass, walk to Terminal 1 or Terminal 2; boarding starts 10 minutes before departure.
Jamsil dock (Eland Cruise Jamsil Dock)
The address is 2 Baekjegobun-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul (lot 1-2 Jamsil-dong). It is a 16-minute walk from exit 6 of Jamsilsaenae Station on Line 2, or you can get off at the Jamsil S Apartment bus stop. Jamsil sailings run on weekends only; October official prices are ₩18,900 for the Hangang Tour, ₩23,900 for Sunset (18:30), ₩30,900 for Moonlight Music (19:20) and ₩23,900 for Starlight (21:30).
